By creating an account, uploading video cuts, or accessing review rooms on Proofcut (https://proofcut.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ownership of Your Creative Work

You retain complete, unencumbered ownership and intellectual property rights over all video footage, audio tracks, graphics, and annotations uploaded to Proofcut. Proofcut claims zero ownership rights over your creative assets.

3. Fair Flat Pricing Guarantee

Proofcut Pro is billed at a flat rate of $12 per month (or Rp 129.000 per month). We guarantee:

• Zero per-seat charges for your clients or external reviewers.
• Zero surprise egress or bandwidth penalty fees for streaming drafts to clients.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time with zero cancellation penalties.

4. Acceptable Content & Usage

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or contains malicious code. Proofcut reserves the right to remove any content that violates applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

5. Service Availability & Performance

We strive for 99.9% uptime and ultra-fast video streaming performance across global edge networks. However, Proofcut is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation during scheduled maintenance windows.
